Each Wound to Soul offering is created with deep intention and care. Because these pieces are often purchased during tender moments, we approach returns with both compassion and clarity.
Physical Products
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in original condition and in its original packaging. Customer covers return shipping (unless item is damaged). Proof of damage will need to be provided. A replacement or refund will be provided.
